Who will receive sugar for free?

Holders of Antyodaya cards will also receive sugar for Rs 18. Wheat is available in 14 kilograms. At this time, Antyodaya cardholders who are enrolled in the free ration program receive 14 kg of wheat and 21 kg of rice gratis. Also, holders of household cards will receive five kilos free for each unit.
Eligible households would have access to good and complete rations
Antyodaya cardholders would receive free rations at government ration stores. The Shahjahanpur district will offer free rations from September 12 through September 23. All Kotedars are to receive a proper and complete ration, according to a directive from the District Supply Office. Those who have an Antyodaya card will now receive three months’ worth of sugar at once.
For three kilograms of sugar, you must pay Rs 54.
This time, Antodya card members would receive their quarterly sugar distribution for the months of July, August, and September at a cost of Rs 54 per three-kilogram card and Rs 18 per kg.

Authorities have instructed that harsh action will be taken against any Kotdar who is found to be seeking money or receiving complaints of this nature. In Lucknow, there are 37841 Antyodaya card holders. There are 534159 home cards in use concurrently.
