Tata Punch Sales: Tata Punch is a micro SUV, which has become very popular in a very short time. It has revolutionized the micro SUV segment. After its launch, more than one and a half lakh units have been sold in about one and a half years. For the last few months, it has been maintaining its place in the top 10 best-selling cars in the country. It was also included in the top 10 cars in January 2023. It sold a total of 12,006 units last month, making it the eighth best-selling car. Punch sales have grown by 20 percent year-on-year. A total of 10,027 units were sold in January 2022. It is the best-selling car for Tata after Nexon.
Price and engine
Tata Punch has priced between Rs 6 lakh to Rs 9.47 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It is a 5-seater micro SUV. It has a 1.2-liter petrol engine, which generates 86 PS of power and 113 Nm of torque. This car comes in a single-engine option. It comes with the option of a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox. It is being claimed that this car is capable of delivering a mileage of up to 18.97 kmpl. Soon its CNG version is also going to come into the market, which was also displayed by Tata Motors at Auto Expo 2023.
Tata Punch Features
The current Tata Punch gets features like a 7.0-inch touchscreen system, semi-digital instrument cluster, auto AC, auto headlights and wipers, cruise control, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking camera. The vehicle gets 366 liters of boot space.
