In September 2023, Honda Cars India sold a total of 9,861 vehicles on the domestic market, an increase in sales of 13% year over year. In September 2022, the business had sold 8,714 units on the domestic market. The recently released Honda Elevate is the cause of this significant increase in sales. Market consumers are responding to it quite favorably. With the Elevate added, Honda now has three vehicles for sale in India, in addition to the City and Amaze. As a result, with a total of 5,685 units sold in September 2023, Elevate was the company’s best-selling SUV.
Regarding Honda Elevate
Its ex-showroom pricing ranges from Rs. 11 lakh to Rs. 16 lakh. One of the most reasonably priced mid-size SUVs on the market right now is the 2017 Elevate. The same 1.5-liter gasoline engine with natural aspiration found in the City car (Honda City) has been provided by the firm for this. It produces 145 Nm and 119 horsepower.
It offers both a CVT gearbox and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
According to the manufacturer, the Elevate manual variant can achieve 15.31 km/l while the automatic variant can achieve 16.92 km/l. This is Honda Elevate’s ARAI-certified mileage. Its gasoline tank holds 40 liters.
