300 free electricity units
One crore people were greatly relieved by the Finance Minister. It has been declared that 300 free electricity units will be given away each month to one crore houses in the country. The Finance Minister announced to installation of solar panels in 1 crore houses under Sarvodaya Yojana. Every house that installs solar panels will get 300 units of free electricity every month.
The middle class also receives housing, in addition to the impoverished.
The Finance Minister stated at the presentation of the Interim Budget 2024 that the government will also assist the middle class who are residing in slums, rented homes, or unapproved colonies in purchasing and constructing their own homes. For this, the government will launch a program. The government has instructed us to concentrate on the middle-class housing program. The Finance Minister stated that the government will prepare 2 crore dwellings about the PM Awas Yojana.
A present for women
The Finance Minister referred to half of the population as a solid pillar when discussing women in the budget. Under the Lakhpati Didi plan, the government set a goal to grow their number to 3 crore. He mentioned that women should get 30 crore Mundra Yojana loans in 10 years. While giving gifts to the women, he said that Asha workers and Anganwadi workers will be linked to the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
Gift For Railways
During the presentation of a railway gift, the Finance Minister declared that the nation would transform 40,000 train carriages into Vande Bharat. He stated that capital spending of Rs 2.40 lakh crore on railways was announced in the previous year’s budget. The expansion of Metro and Namo Bharat was announced by the Finance Minister. According to him, train speed would continue to rise along with improvements in passenger safety and train operation.
A gift to farmers
The Finance Minister mentioned creating a programme to support dairy farmers, but not raising PM Kisan Samman Nidhi’s budget. declared to develop an oilseeds self-sufficiency plan. 55 lakh new jobs were announced under the PM Matsya Yojana. Nirmala, the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that government assistance has been given to 11.8 crore farmers.
