Bookings for the new Mahindra XUV 3XO SUV will launch on April 29

On April 29, 2024, the Mahindra XUV 3XO SUV, an upgraded version of the XUV300, would go on sale worldwide. Some Mahindra dealers have begun taking reservations for it before of its formal introduction, at a nominal cost of Rs 21,000. The company has issued teasers that show off segment-first functionality and design details to create buzz about the device. The most recent tease indicates that the upcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO would include a panoramic sunroof, making it the most affordable car in its class as well as the first car in its class to do so.

Inside and Aspects

Recent media reports state that in addition to new features like seat upholstery, the vehicle would also have a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system which will support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Apart from this, it will also get a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster.

Design revision

The new Mahindra XUV 3XO will have an entirely different design from the current XUV300. Its styling will be included in the next Mahindra BE electric SUV. The front of the small SUV will be upgraded with a wider central air intake, dual-barrel LED projector headlights with an inverted C-shaped LED DRL and a new grille. A fresh set of alloy wheels with two tones will also be added. On the other hand, the back will get a revised tailboard with Mahindra’s twin-peak emblem, new full-wide LED taillights, and a modified bumper.

Drivetrain

The Mahindra XUV 3XO will have a fully redesigned exterior and interior. It will still be available with the 1.5L diesel, 1.2L turbocharged petrol, and 1.2L direct injection turbo petrol engines. The 1.2L TGDi gasoline unit will be offered exclusively with an Aisin-sourced 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. Additionally, customers can also opt for a 6-speed manual and AMT transmission.
