Since its premiere in the third week of January 2024, the redesigned Hyundai Creta has drawn more than 51,000 reservations. There are three engine options for the SUV model lineup: a 1.5L turbo petrol (160bhp), a 1.5L petrol (115bhp), and a 1.5L diesel (116bhp). There are seven trim levels in all. Priced at Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom), the top-tier SX (O) model is the only vehicle with its new turbo-petrol engine.
Its 1.5-litre petrol NA manual
variants are priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 17.24 lakh, while the petrol-CVT combo is available in S(O), SX Tech, and SX(O) models, which are priced between Rs 15.82 lakh, respectively. 18.7 lakh and 17.45 lakh rupees. Diesel manual and automatic versions are priced starting at Rs 12.45 lakh and Rs 17.32 lakh respectively. All these prices are ex-showroom.
It’s important to remember that
Hyundai is getting ready to introduce its more aggressive N-Line model, which should be available in February or March 2024. The Hyundai Creta N Line will gain exterior enhancements unique to the N Line in addition to a slightly modified suspension system. According to leaked patent photos, the front grille and bumper might be redesigned.
Other than that,
it will have redesigned side skirts with N Line branding and new 18-inch alloy wheels. The Creta N-Line could have a 1.5L turbocharged petrol engine with 160 horsepower and an automated DCT gearbox. An option for a manual gearbox is also available.
1 lakh Kia Selto reservations
Notably, more than one lakh reservations have been made for the Kia Seltos 2023 facelift model, which is its rival in the market. On Tuesday, Kia disclosed this information. According to information provided by the corporation, over one lakh reservations have been made for the facelift version of Seltos, which was introduced in July of 2023. Thus far, approximately 13,500 reservations are made each month.
