for production might get the nameplate “Mahindra Thar Armada,” according to reports in the media. Its distinctive look will include a revised grille and integrated fog lamps in the front bumper, unlike its 3-door predecessor. The new Thar 5-door is expected to have full LED lighting, which will include LED headlamps, fog lamps, side indicators on the front fender, and tail lamps.
The higher varieties come with steel wheels,
while the original variants have 19-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. More features than the 3-door Mahindra Thar are anticipated for the 5-door model’s cabin. Potential features might include two digital screens (a 10.25-inch infotainment system and another screen for the instrument cluster), as well as monotone and dual-tone dashboard options.

the five-door Mahindra Thar is available with a sunroof, leatherette seat upholstery, push-button start, rear disc brakes, and center armrests on both the front and rear seats. It is possible to remove the suspension and engine from the Scorpio-N. The 2.0L turbo petrol (203bhp with 370Nm/380Nm) and 2.2L turbo diesel (130bhp with 300Nm and 138bhp with 370Nm/400Nm) engine options for the Mahindra Thar 5-door are anticipated to be available. Both 2WD and 4WD drivetrain options are anticipated.
